Investigative Body Status - We are members of The Private Investigators association of British Columbia (PIABC).

As such we are designated as an "Investigative Body" in terms of PIPEDA [Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act] and are therefore bound by the requirements and duties under that statute and entitled to function as an Investigative Body in terms of the statute.
